Accepting these terms
By visiting or using Kaleido you agree to these terms. They were last updated on October 30, 2026.
If you do not agree with any part of them, please stop using the site.
The service
Kaleido indexes and displays AI-made games. The games themselves come from independent creators and may be hosted on other domains.
We do not guarantee that any game stays reachable, and we are not responsible for its content.
The service is in an early stage. Features, categories, and ranking rules may change, and the service may be paused.
Using the site
You are free to browse, share links, and recommend games to other people.
Do not scrape the site at scale with automated tools, attempt to bypass access limits, or interfere with how it runs.
Do not use the content for unlawful purposes, or imply a partnership with us that does not exist.
What you can upload
When uploads open, every game you submit must be your own work or submitted with the original creator's permission.
Submissions may not contain malicious code, unlicensed assets, hateful or sexual content, or other people's private information.
You keep all rights to your work. Submitting only grants us permission to display the title, cover, description, and instructions on this site.
Takedowns
We may remove content without prior notice when it breaks these rules, is infringing, no longer works, or poses a security risk.
If you hold rights to a game and believe it infringes them, contact us through the message link on the uploader profile. We will review and act.
Creators can also ask for their own work to be removed at any time.
Limits of liability
The site is provided as is. We are not liable for indirect losses caused by using or being unable to use the service.
Saves, progress, and in-game data belong to each creator. We do not provide recovery or backups.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms. Major changes are announced on the home page, and continued use of the service means you accept the new version.
