This policy covers the Kaleido website and its subpages. The service is in an early stage and features still change.

What we collect
If you choose Douyin sign-in, we receive the identifier Douyin assigns to your account for this application. We use it to recognize your signed-in session.
The server keeps operational logs to diagnose failures. This login integration does not add account identifiers or authorization tokens to those logs.
Search terms and filters live only in the URL. They are not stored separately.
Third-party services
Games are made by independent creators. A play link may take you to their own domain, which has its own privacy policy and is outside our control.
Douyin handles account authorization on its own pages under its own privacy policy. Its access token is used only on our server during sign-in and is not stored in your browser.
We do not sell visitor data to anyone.
Retention
Operational log retention follows the hosting server's logging settings.
Signing out clears the login cookie. This initial login integration does not create a persistent user profile in a server database.
Aggregated statistics, such as how many views a category received, contain no personal information and may be kept longer.
Your rights
You can ask what log records we hold about you, or ask us to delete them early.
You can clear login state by signing out. We may be unable to match an access log to a specific person; when that happens we will say so plainly.
Contact
Privacy questions can be raised through the message link on an uploader profile. A public contact address will be published when the site launches.
